If you come down to Shakarpur and find the Parasnath Complex, that’s where we are. We're tucked away in A1 470. It’s a bit of a maze in here if you aren't used to the building. We spend our days surrounded by paper. Filing, sorting, and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s a lot of documentation work, which sounds boring to some, but it keeps us busy. The light in the office isn't the best, but we have enough lamps to see what we're doing. It gets pretty crowded with all the folders and boxes. We don't have much room for anything else. There’s a tea stall just outside the complex where we go when we need a break from all the reading. Dealing with documents means you have to be careful with details, so we try not to rush too much even when the phone is ringing. People come in with all sorts of forms they need help with. We don't have a fancy waiting area, just a couple of plastic chairs. It’s a straightforward operation. We’ve been in Shakarpur for quite a while now and know most of the other folks in the complex. We don't bother with flashy signs or big ads. People usually find us because they heard we get the job done without a fuss or any extra delay.
