Effectiveness Of Debating

This whole thing is based out of the New Delhi and Haryana border area, around 110 019. It is a bit of a strange name, Effectiveness Of Debating, but it basically describes what we do. We spend our time organizing events and helping people learn how to argue their points better. It is not like a big school or anything; it is more like a small group of us who really like the logic of a good debate. The office is usually a mess of notes, timers, and old trophies. We spend a lot of time on the phone trying to coordinate with schools or finding judges for the next round of debates. It can get pretty stressful when a venue cancels at the last minute or when we can't find enough people to help out. But we manage to make it work. Most of us have been involved in debating since we were kids, so we just sort of kept going with it. It is not a high-paying corporate job, but it is interesting to see how people think. We are located right in that transition zone between Delhi and Haryana, so we get people from both sides. It is a bit of a commute for some of us, but we like the space we have here. We don't have any fancy mission statements; we just like to see a good argument.
