We are set up in Pandav Nagar at D 89 in New Delhi. This area is mostly residential, so our office feels a bit like a home that has been converted into a workspace. It is tucked away in the lanes, and if you aren't looking closely, you might drive right past it. The street is usually full of parked scooters and kids playing. Inside, it is a bit of a maze with different rooms used for different parts of our solutions work. We have people coming in and out all day, mostly staff members heading out to various sites around the city. The furniture is a mix of stuff we have picked up over the years. It isn’t very modern, but it gets the job done and everyone has their own spot to sit. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with people. New Delhi traffic is always a topic of conversation here because it determines when anyone actually gets anywhere. We keep a cooler of water near the door because it gets so dry inside. It is just a normal, hardworking office where we try to stay organized and handle whatever problems come our way. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the gate so people know they found us.
