Dtz International Property Advisers

We’re based out of Neb Sarai, which is tucked away near Saket in New Delhi. Our address is A1 41 in the Freedom Fighter Enclave. It’s a bit of a maze to get here if you aren't familiar with the narrow streets. DTZ International Property Advisers is what we call ourselves. The office is on the ground floor, which is nice because it stays a bit cooler. We have a lot of maps pinned to the walls and a few old computers that we use for all our research. It’s a busy place with people coming and going. Since we’re near Saket, there’s always a lot of movement in the area. I usually start my day by checking the messages and then heading out for meetings. We don't have a receptionist, so we just answer the door ourselves. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We wear regular clothes and drink a lot of tea while we work through the property files. The enclave is mostly residential, so it feels safe and friendly. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know us. We don't try to sound like a big corporate firm. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job with the property advice we give. Some days are long, especially when the paperwork gets complicated, but we get through it together. It is a noisy office sometimes, but we like the energy of being right in the middle of everything.
