You can find Dscl Energy Services Ltd over at 84 Roy Mullick Colony in the Dum Dum area of Kolkata. It’s an interesting part of the city to be in, especially with the airport being so close. You can hear the planes sometimes, which took a little getting used to. We handle all sorts of energy services from this office. It’s a bit of an older building, but it has some character and plenty of space for our gear. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by name. Work usually involves a lot of technical stuff that might seem boring to some, but it keeps us busy. We aren't a high-rise corporate office with glass walls. It's more of a practical space where we can actually get things done. Some days are spent entirely on the road visiting different sites around Kolkata, while other days we are stuck inside doing calculations. The weather in Dum Dum can be pretty humid, so we try to keep the office as comfortable as possible. We don't have any fancy mission statements or big speeches. We just show up, do the energy work that’s required, and try to do it right. It’s a simple life, but it’s a good one. We’ve grown fond of Roy Mullick Colony and the people around here who stop by for a chat once in a while. It just feels like home now.
