We are based at C 23 New Acharya Kriplani Marg in the Adarsh Nagar area of New Delhi. It is a good location, easy enough to get to if you are taking the metro or driving through that part of the city. Our day starts early with a lot of planning for the audits we have to conduct. We help companies figure out if they are meeting the right standards for their industry. It involves a lot of visiting different sites and then coming back here to write everything up. The office is usually pretty quiet during the day when most of us are out on the field, but it gets busy in the late afternoon when everyone returns. We have a few big tables where we spread out all our notes and try to make sense of the data. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that, so usually, whoever is closest to the door just gets up to see who is there. It is a very informal atmosphere, but we take the work itself seriously because people rely on these certifications for their business. We've been in this building for a while and we have a good routine down. We try to keep things moving so that nobody is waiting too long for their results. It’s just about being practical and getting the job done without making it more complicated than it needs to be.
