Our setup is right inside 134 Abhiyan Apartments over in Dwarka. It’s a quiet spot, which is nice when you’re trying to think about consulting projects. Living and working in New Delhi means you get used to the noise, but here it’s a bit different. We do a lot of training work from this office. Usually, it’s just a few of us looking at schedules and planning out how to help different companies get their act together. It isn't some big corporate tower; it’s more grounded than that. We take our work seriously but we don't feel the need to dress it up in big words. If someone needs help with their staff training, we talk about it and find a way that makes sense. Being in Dwarka makes it easy to get around when we need to visit clients, though most of the planning happens right here at the desk. We’ve got stacks of paper and laptops everywhere, just like any other place where people are actually working. Some days are longer than others, especially when a consulting deadline is coming up fast. We don't have a huge team, but we've been doing this long enough to know what works. It’s a practical way to earn a living, and we enjoy the variety of people we meet. It’s mostly about just getting things done and making sure the training actually sticks for the people who need it most.
