Our shop is right on the Mangal Bazar Road in Pira Garhi, at number 27. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know it’s a chaotic and lively place to be. Mangal Bazar Road is always packed with people, especially on market days, and there’s a constant buzz of activity. We’re right in the thick of it, surrounded by other shops and traders. Our place is full of tools and machinery parts, so there isn’t much room for fancy decorations or a waiting lounge. It’s a working shop where the floor is usually a bit dusty and there’s a smell of grease and metal in the air. We’ve been here for a long time and have seen the neighborhood change as the metro came in and the traffic got heavier. People know us as the place on the corner of the road where you can find what you need without any fuss. We don’t use a lot of big words or marketing tricks; we just show people what we have on the shelves. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic from Pira Garhi passing by, and it can get incredibly hot in the summer months, but we’re used to it. We open up early and stay until the market starts to wind down. It’s a straightforward, old-school business. We just focus on keeping the stock organized and helping out the locals who come in looking for specific parts for their projects.
