We are located in rooms 115-116 of the World Trade Centre on Barakhamba Road in Delhi. It is a very different vibe from the local markets because it is a big commercial building right in the center of the city. There are always people in suits rushing to the elevators and security guards at the main entrance. Our office is just a regular workspace inside that large complex. We spend a lot of time at our desks dealing with the phones and the paperwork that comes with this industry. Being on Barakhamba Road means we are right in the thick of the Delhi business district. The noise from the traffic outside is mostly blocked out by the thick windows, but you can still feel the energy of the city. We do not have a lot of walk-in traffic like a street shop would, so it is mostly scheduled meetings or people we already know. The hallways are long and look the same, so we tell people to look for the specific room numbers carefully. It is a practical office space, nothing too elaborate. We have our files, our computers, and our coffee. The elevators can be slow during the lunch hour when everyone is heading out, but otherwise, it is a pretty efficient place to work from. We have been here for a bit now and have grown used to the fast pace of the building and the surrounding streets.
