Not Just Paranthas

We set up shop at A-24 in Vishal Enclave. Being in Rajouri Garden means it stays pretty lively around here most nights. We call the place Not Just Paranthas because we do more than just the basics, though the paranthas are what most people show up for. It’s a simple setup. No big decorations or fancy art on the walls. We spend most of our time in the kitchen working the dough and getting the fillings right. My cousin helps out with the orders when it gets crowded on Sunday mornings. We’ve been at this address for a while now and the neighbors know us. It’s not the biggest place, so sometimes you have to wait for a stool or a table. We use whatever vegetables are good that week at the market. If the cauliflower is bad, we just don't make those that day. It keeps things simple. We aren't trying to be a five-star place, just a spot to get a heavy meal that sits right in your stomach. Rajouri Garden has a lot of food spots but we stick to what we do and don't worry about the rest. The menu is written on a board usually. Most regulars don't even look at it anymore, they just ask what's hot and ready. We like it that way. It's less work for everyone. If you’re around Vishal Enclave, you’ll see the sign.
