Beijing Garden

Our place is located in the DDA Market, specifically near the Old Adarsh Bhawan in Punjabi Bagh Extension. It’s a quiet enough corner compared to the main roads, but the market itself stays pretty active. Beijing Garden isn't some big, flashy restaurant you'd see in a magazine. It’s a local spot where we know a lot of the neighbors. The building is a bit older, and the market has its own quirks, like the occasional parking struggle or the way the light hits the storefront in the evening. Most of our day is spent in the kitchen or tidying up the seating area. We don’t have a big team of people; it’s just a few of us making sure things work. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t need to explain much to the regulars. Sometimes the sink leaks or we have to repaint a wall because it got scuffed, but that’s just life in a small business. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just open up, prep the food, and wait for people to drop by. It’s a simple routine that we’ve stuck to for years. The market environment is friendly, and we like being part of the community here in Punjabi Bagh. It’s not about being the most popular place, just about being a reliable one for the people who live nearby. We just do our work and go home.
