You can find us over at C 106, on the second floor. We are in the Qutab Enclave area, Phase I, New Delhi 16. It is one of those older buildings that has a lot of character, but the stairs can be a bit much if you are carrying boxes. We do our retail developer work for Dlf right from these rooms. The second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is alright for people-watching during our short breaks. It is not a huge place, just enough room for the desks and the metal filing cabinets we need. We have been here for a while and the locals in the enclave know us. It is a busy part of town, so there is always something happening outside the window. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at various plans. It gets a bit cluttered sometimes with all the paper, but we know where everything is. We do not really have a big reception desk or anyone greeting you at the door. You just walk in and one of us will look up from what we are doing. It is a straightforward way to run things. We like being in New Delhi 16 because it is central for the stuff we have to do. We just keep our heads down and get the work done without much fuss or noise.
