Down in Ghoga Bawana Industrial Area at plot 134, you’ll find D.K Polymers. We’ve been operating out of this space for a while now, mostly focusing on plastic manufacturing and processing stuff. It’s an industrial zone, so it’s always loud with trucks moving and machines humming in the background. Our setup isn't very large, but we have our gear arranged to get things done efficiently. Every morning starts with checking the machines and making sure the raw materials are ready for whatever we’re making that day. We handle a lot of different orders, some small and some quite big, so the floor stays messy with scraps and bags. It’s not a showroom or a corporate office; it’s a working factory where things actually get made. The guys here have been working with polymers for years, so they know the smell of the melting plastic and the sound of a press that’s not running right. We spend a lot of time just managing the heat and the molds. Usually, the phone is ringing with someone asking about a delivery or a specific part size. We just get on with the job and try to keep the quality where it needs to be for our customers. It’s a lot of physical work, especially in the summer when the heat in the shed gets pretty high. We’re just a bunch of people trying to run a decent business.
