Katwaria Sarai is a crowded place, and we are right in the middle of it at F 7. If you know this part of Delhi, you know how the lanes are. We handle the Dish Tv stuff for this area. It’s mostly just us working out of a small room. There’s always a lot of dust because of the construction nearby, so we spend a lot of time just wiping down the remote controls and the boxes. The street outside is narrow, so parking is a nightmare for everyone. We usually just tell people to walk over if they live close by. We aren’t a big corporate hub, just a local point where the work gets done. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait to update the customer records. We keep a fan going all day but it doesn't do much in June. It’s a practical life here. We see the same faces every day going to work or the students moving in and out of the flats. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but people still find us. We don’t have any fancy waiting area, just a couple of plastic chairs. It’s enough for what we need. We handle the repairs and the new connections as they come. It’s just how it is in Katwaria Sarai.
