Dinesh Kumar Masant

Being over here at Tis Hazari 3 means things stay busy. I’m Dinesh Kumar Masant, and this is where I spend most of my waking hours. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always something going on right outside the door. My setup is pretty basic. I’ve got a desk, some chairs, and plenty of files tucked away in corners. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a magazine, but it’s real and it’s where I get things done. I don't have a big philosophy or some grand vision I talk about. I just show up and handle the business for the people who come to see me. Most of my day is spent talking to folks or looking through documents. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but I haven't gotten around to it yet. I’ve been here long enough that I don't need a map to find anything, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. It’s a local operation, through and through. I don't bother with much technology unless I absolutely have to. Paper and a good pen usually do the trick for me. If you’re in the area, you’ll see the flow of people coming and going. It’s a humble spot but it serves its purpose for me and the community. I enjoy the rhythm of the work day here and the people I meet along the way.
