You can find us at Development Alternatives on Deshbandhu Road in Rampurhat. Our office is located at Sri Swadesh Ranjan Dutta’s premises in the Birbhum district. It is a busy road and there is a lot of traffic passing by, but once you step inside, it is a bit more peaceful. We have been working out of this location for a while and we are very settled here. The office is not very big, just a couple of rooms where we keep our equipment and files. We spend our time working on different development projects and making sure everything is running on time. Rampurhat is a town where everyone seems to know everyone else, so we get a lot of people just dropping by for a chat. We don't have a receptionist, so we just look up from our desks when someone comes in. It is a very simple way of doing things. We don't really care for having a lot of fancy rules or corporate policies. We just do the work and try to be fair to everyone we deal with. Birbhum has its own special character and we have tried to make our office reflect that. It is a bit rustic and very functional. We have a lot of work to do every day and we just get on with it without making a big scene. It is a good place to be.
