Developer

If you are looking for us, we are over at 50 Sowdhamalar Layout in Udumalpet. It is a pretty quiet part of town and we like it that way. Our office for Developer is just a basic building that fits our needs perfectly. We do not have fancy glass walls or expensive furniture. It is mostly just shelves, old files, and a few computers that have seen better days. We spend most of our time here going over plans and making sure all the numbers add up. Udumalpet is a nice place to live and work because it is not as rushed as the big cities like Coimbatore or Chennai. We can actually focus on what we are doing without too many distractions. Usually, there are only two or three of us in the office at a time. We don't really bother with big meetings or corporate presentations. If someone needs to talk to us, they just drop by and we have a seat. Sometimes we go out to the sites to see how things are going, but this layout is our home base. The weather can get hot in the afternoons, so we keep the windows open to catch any breeze we can. We have been in this spot for several years and the neighbors are all familiar faces. It is a very simple way to run a business. We just show up every day and do what needs to be done.
