Desktop Support Engineer Icici Bank

Our office is located at 1482 D 1, on the first floor in Wazir Nagar, Cotla Mubarakpu, New Delhi 110003. It’s a busy, crowded part of the city, and our building is tucked away among many others. We work as desktop support engineers, and we specifically handle the systems for ICICI Bank. It’s a lot of specialized work because banking software has its own set of rules and security requirements. Our office is up a narrow set of stairs and it's mostly filled with spare parts, technical manuals, and various tools. We don't have a big reception area or any fancy furniture. It’s just a place where we organize our tasks and handle the machines that get sent to us. Cotla Mubarakpu is always loud with people and traffic, so it’s never quiet here. We aren't employees of the bank directly, but we spend all our time making sure their desktops are running properly. Sometimes we have to go out to different branch locations, but this is our main base. We don't use any marketing or talk about being the best at what we do. We just follow the technical guidelines and try to fix whatever is broken as quickly as possible. It’s a lot of routine, checking wires, and updating software. We’ve been doing this for a while and it’s just our regular daily routine. We like the work because it keeps us busy.
