Deshwal Ranbir Singh

We are located right near the Tis Hazari Railway Station on Azad Road. The exact spot is R 70. It is a very busy part of town because of the trains and the people always rushing to catch them. Deshwal Ranbir Singh is the name we have on our paperwork. I started this because I wanted to work for myself and this spot was available. It’s not a huge office, just enough space for the essentials. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. Most of the day is spent dealing with people coming off the trains or locals from the neighborhood. It gets pretty loud with the whistles and the engines, but it’s a good kind of noise. I’ve lived around here for most of my life so I know the shortcuts and the best places to grab a quick meal. We don't do any big marketing or anything like that. If you do a decent job, people tell their friends. That is how R 70 stays open. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the back door, but we put a bucket there and keep moving. It is just me and a couple of others keeping the wheels turning. We don’t ask for much, just a fair day’s work for a fair day’s pay. It keeps us going through the week.
