Delight Plastic Traders

Delight Plastic Traders is located right on Kanti Nagar Main Road, specifically at D 38. If you know the area, you know how busy this street gets in the afternoon. Our shop is mostly filled with plastic household items. You will see stacks of buckets and tubs almost reaching the ceiling. It’s a bit cramped in here because we try to keep a lot of variety for the local people who stop by. I started this work because my brother was already in the trade. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know where everything is stored. Sometimes a customer asks for a specific color of a mug and we have to dig through ten boxes to find it. That’s just part of the day. The floors are concrete and we usually have the radio playing in the background to pass the time. We get our stock from the bigger suppliers once a week. Unloading the truck is the hardest part because we have to block a bit of the road and the rickshaw drivers start shouting. But usually, everyone is friendly enough. We don't have a website or anything. If people need a plastic stool or a new water drum, they just walk in. It’s a basic business and it keeps us busy from morning until eight at night. I hope to buy a better shelf system next year to organize the back room better.
