Our place is over in Janakpuri, specifically at B 3A 43B. It is a bit of an interesting spot for us. While things can get quite busy in this part of New Delhi, we manage to keep our daily operations going without too much fuss. Being involved with a school name like ours means there is always a lot of expectations, but inside these walls, it is just normal people doing their jobs. We spend our hours talking to parents, sorting out student records, and making sure the teachers have what they need for their classes. It’s a lot of coordination. The building isn't a skyscraper; it is just a practical space that serves its purpose. You’ll find us drinking tea and going over the next week's schedule most afternoons. We don't have any fancy mission statements plastered everywhere. We just want to make sure the kids are learning and the school runs like it should. Sometimes the traffic in Janakpuri makes it a bit hard to get here on time, but we all manage. It is a community feel here, where everyone knows each other’s names. We just take things as they come, dealing with the small problems before they get big. It is a straightforward way of working, and it seems to suit us just fine. Life here is mostly about bells ringing and kids learning things. We focus on the day to day tasks that keep the place functional for the students and the families.
