The office for Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd is situated at H 17 Metro Enclave, 41 Press Enclave Road in Pushp Vihar, New Delhi 17. This is a bit of a different setup because it’s located within the Metro Enclave itself. It’s a fairly organized area, and you can tell it’s built for the people who work for the metro. The Press Enclave Road is usually busy with traffic, but once you step into our building, things settle down a bit. We spend our time here dealing with the management side of things. There are plenty of desks, some computers that have seen better days, and a lot of whiteboards covered in notes and scribbles. We don't have a big marketing department or a polished public relations wing here. It’s just a place for staff to sit down and get through the logistics of the rail network. You might see people in uniform coming in for meetings or others in plain clothes handling the accounts. We have a small area where we keep our bags and coats. It feels like a very standard government-linked office. Nothing too exciting happens, just the steady work of keeping a huge transport system operational. Being in Pushp Vihar is convenient for many of us, and the enclave has a sense of community. We just come in, do the work, and head home like anyone else. It's a lot of routine, but we are used to it by now.
