Delhi Institute Of Service Management

The Delhi Institute Of Service Management is located at House No 1361 Sector 3 in Pushp Vihar. We use this house to run our classes and manage the daily operations of the institute. It’s a residential street so it’s fairly calm most of the time. We have turned the rooms into small classrooms where students come to learn about management and service skills. There are whiteboards on the walls and chairs lined up for the students. It isn't a massive university campus with huge libraries. It is a more intimate setting where everyone knows each other by name. You can often hear the teachers talking through the open windows while the fans whirr overhead. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people to make us look like a corporate giant. We just provide a place for people to learn practical things that will help them in their jobs. Between classes the students hang out in the small courtyard or talk in the hallways. The office where we do the registrations is just a small room with a couple of desks and a lot of folders. We try to keep things simple and focused on the teaching. It’s a modest way to run an institute but it works for the people who come here. We are just a group of people trying to share some knowledge in a quiet corner of New Delhi.
