We've been at this spot in Bawana Sector 2 for some time now. It’s H 281, right in the thick of the industrial area where things are always moving. Our days start pretty early because the machines don't run themselves. It gets quite loud and dusty here, especially in the afternoons when the sun is hitting the roof. We spend most of our time looking at orders and making sure the production line keeps moving without too many hitches. Sometimes the electricity goes out and everything stops, which is just part of working in this part of Delhi. We have a small team here. Most of us have been around for years, so we know the rhythms of the factory well. We mostly focus on manufacturing whatever is on the list for that day. It isn't fancy work. There is a lot of heavy lifting and checking parts. We eat our lunch together in the small office area when we get a break. The roads around here can get really crowded with trucks, so getting supplies in and out is always a bit of a challenge. We just try to get the work done and head home before the traffic gets impossible. That's really all there is to it. We make things, we deal with the daily issues, and we come back the next day to do it again. It’s a busy place, but it’s our place.
