Dee Kay Enterprises

We are located at 713 A on Diwan Hall Road, right in the middle of Old Lajpat Rai Market. If you've ever been to this market, you know it's a maze of electronics and wires. Dee Kay Enterprises is just one of those shops where we try to keep track of thousands of tiny items. It's a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it. The shelves go all the way up to the ceiling and we often have to use a ladder to find what we need. It's very dusty here because the buildings are old and the market is always under some kind of construction. We spend our days talking to electricians and people looking for specific components. Sometimes we have what they want, sometimes we have to tell them where else to look in the market. It’s a friendly community of shopkeepers here. We all know each other. Diwan Hall Road is always packed with people moving boxes on their heads or pulling carts. It's a lot of noise and shouting, but we’ve worked here so long we don't even notice it anymore. We don't have a website or anything like that, we just stay here and wait for the shutters to go up. It’s a simple way of doing business, based on being here when people need a specific part for their projects. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily rush of the market.
