Dashmesh E Rickshaw

You can find Dashmesh E Rickshaw over in Dayanand Colony, which is part of the Lajpat Nagar area. We are actually on the 3rd floor of the C 18 building. It’s a bit unusual for a rickshaw business to be up on a third floor, but that’s where our office and some of the smaller parts storage is. The larger stuff stays elsewhere, of course. Lajpat Nagar is always crowded, so finding parking near our building can be a real headache some days. We spend a lot of our time on the phone talking to suppliers or helping people figure out which spare parts they need for their e-rickshaws. The office isn't very big, and it gets a bit cramped when more than three people are in there at once. We have a couple of desks and a lot of boxes stacked up against the walls. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so things are a bit informal. We don't really have a set routine, we just deal with whatever comes up that day. Sometimes we’re out visiting the workshops where the rickshaws are being built or fixed. If you come by, you’ll probably see us drinking tea and looking over some paperwork. It’s a basic setup but it works for what we need to do. We just try to keep the business moving along one order at a time.
