Dang Plastic Industries

Dang Plastic Industries is located in Anand Parbat, right in Gali Number 1 at M-9. If you know this part of Delhi, you know how tight the lanes can be and how much is always going on. The machines here make a lot of noise, but after a few years, you don't even hear it anymore. We deal with plastic goods, so there are always sacks of raw material sitting near the entrance. The floor is concrete and has some stains from the oil and the heat of the molding process. It gets pretty warm inside during the summer months, so we keep the big fans running all day long. Most of the staff has been around for a long time, and we all know how the old machines like to act up sometimes. M-9 isn't a huge building, but we use every inch of space we have for storage and production. We don't spend much time on fancy office work; it’s mostly about checking the molds and making sure the plastic comes out right. People come and go through Gali Number 1 all day, and sometimes trucks get stuck, which causes a bit of a headache. But that is just part of being in Anand Parbat. We start early in the morning and keep going until the daily quota is met. It is hard work, but it keeps the lights on and the business moving.
