D V Promoters & Markets Pvt Ltd is situated right on Giri Nagar Main Road, at E-198. Being on the main road means there’s always noise and people passing by our windows. We’ve been here long enough that the sounds of the traffic just fade into the background while we work. It’s not a massive office, just a functional space where we handle our daily tasks. We deal with a lot of different people coming in and out throughout the week. Our desks are usually covered in files and notes because there’s always something that needs attention. We don’t go for any of that modern, minimalist look you see in magazines. It’s a real office with real clutter. Sometimes the printer jams or the internet goes slow, and we just deal with it like anyone else. We try to keep a steady pace so we don’t get overwhelmed. The location is good for us because everyone knows Giri Nagar, so it’s easy to give directions. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just come in, do the paperwork, talk to the clients, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, but we like the routine. We’ve built up some good relationships with the neighbors around E-198 over the years. It’s just us doing our bit on the main road.
