Being located at 806 Rattan Jyoti, Plot No 20 in Sector 4 of Vaishali, we’re right in the middle of the Ghaziabad hustle. It’s a tall building and sometimes the elevator takes forever, so we end up chatting with the people from the other floors while we wait. D Link India Ltd has this office space here where the sunlight comes in quite strong in the afternoons. We’ve got rows of desks and a lot of cables everywhere, which I guess makes sense given what we do. It’s not a silent library in here; there’s always someone talking on a headset or a printer humming in the corner. We don't really go for that polished corporate look where everything is white and sterile. Our desks have personal stuff on them, half-empty water bottles, and piles of notes from meetings. Vaishali is a convenient spot for most of us to commute to, though the traffic near the plot can be a headache on Mondays. We just show up, do our jobs, and try to help each other out when things get complicated. There aren't any big speeches about goals or visions here. We just look at what needs to be finished today and we go for it. It's a steady environment. We know the routine and we stick to it because it works for us. It’s a lot of practical work and honest hours. We are just people doing our jobs.
