Cynex Global

Being on the third floor of 40 Indira Vihar keeps us away from the immediate noise of the street, but you can still feel the pulse of Delhi 9. It’s a lot of steps to climb every morning, especially when it’s hot outside. We don’t have an elevator, so by the time we get to the office, we’re usually ready for a glass of water and a few minutes of rest. The space itself is tucked away. It’s not a very large office, but we’ve made it work for Cynex Global. We have our desks crammed in pretty tight, and there are wires running along the floor that we have to be careful not to trip over. The neighborhood is full of students and small shops, so there’s always a bit of a buzz. We don’t do things in a very formal way. Often, we’re just sitting around a table trying to figure out a problem together. We don't have a big HR department or fancy software for everything. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of patience. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy to worry about that right now. We like the independence of being up here on the third floor. It feels like our own little corner where we can just focus on the day's work.
