Mohali is a bit different from the chaos of Delhi. Our office at House No 2668 in Phase 7 feels a lot more like a community. Phase 7 is one of those places where you have houses and businesses all mixed together. It’s a bit quieter here, though you still get the occasional noise from the neighbors or someone fixing their car on the street. Cynex Global isn't some massive company with a huge lobby. We operate out of this house, and it feels more natural that way. We have a small area where we keep our files and another room for the computers. The light in the afternoons is quite nice coming through the front windows. Sometimes we sit out on the steps during lunch just to get some air. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't wear suits or follow strict corporate rules. If someone’s late because of the weather or a family thing, we understand. We’ve built a routine that works for us. Living and working in Punjab has its own rhythm, and we try to stick to that. It’s about being honest and getting the tasks finished without making a big deal out of it. Most of the people around here know us by now. We’re just another part of the street, doing our bit every day at number 2668.
