Customer Care

We are based in Faridabad, specifically at 3D 36 BP in NIT. We share the space with Mahendra Singh and Mr. Manwar Singh Panwar. It is a bit of a crowded address, but it works out well for what we do here every day. Being in Haryana, we see a lot of people from the local area coming and going. This is not a massive call center with hundreds of people sitting in rows with headsets. It is just a small room where we handle queries as they come in. We try to answer the phone whenever it rings. Sometimes we are very busy and it takes us a minute to get to everyone. The building is right there in the NIT area, which is always busy and full of energy. We do not have any fancy equipment or high-tech curved screens. Just basic tools that work. We have been here for a while and the locals in the neighborhood know the spot well. We do not have any big corporate polish or a marketing department. We just talk to people and try to figure out their problems as best as we can. It can be a bit noisy with all the traffic and horns outside. We drink a lot of chai during the day to keep ourselves going. It is just a regular job for us at Customer Care. No big slogans or unrealistic promises. We just sit at our desks and do the work. It is a modest setup in a busy part of town.
