Cushman Wakefield India Pvt Ltd

We've been here for a bit at Cushman Wakefield India Pvt Ltd. It’s a flat, really, over at number 12 in Meena Aptt. We are on Plot No 78 near the PPG Depot in Delhi 92. It gets pretty loud outside with all the buses and traffic moving around the depot. This is where we call home for our daily work. We mostly just sit here and look at property papers or talk to folks about where they want to move their offices. It’s not a fancy place. There’s a tea stall nearby that makes great chai, which really helps when the files get too thick and the day feels long. Some days the lift is a bit slow, so we just take the stairs to keep moving. We handle a lot of the local real estate stuff for this side of town. People come in with all sorts of questions about rent and space. We try to give them straight answers without any of that extra fluff you see in brochures. It’s just how we do things here in the Meena Aptt office. Most of us have lived in Delhi forever, so we know the shortcuts and which areas are getting too crowded these days. If you find yourself near the depot, you can probably see our building from the road. It’s just a regular spot with regular people working inside. We just show up, do the work, and hope the traffic isn't too bad on the way home.
