Currently Not Working

I’m living at House No F 54 in Lal Kuan, right in the middle of New Delhi. If you know Delhi, you know how crowded and loud it can get, especially in places like this. Currently Not Working is the name I’m using, which is pretty accurate. This house is tucked away in a narrow street where you can hear the scooters and the vendors calling out their prices all day long. It is not a quiet life, but it is a real one. The house itself is a bit old, and the stairs are steep. I spend a lot of time on the roof when it’s not too hot, just watching the kites in the sky. My neighbors are always around, popping in to borrow some sugar or just to complain about the heat. We don’t have a big company or any employees. It’s just a household trying to make ends meet and keep things moving. I do my own cooking and cleaning, and the days usually go by faster than you’d think. Lal Kuan has a lot of history, and you can see it in the old walls and the way the market operates. I am not looking to grow a big business or anything. I’m just living here, taking care of the house, and seeing what the next day brings. It’s a bit messy and loud, but it is home.
