Crystal Look

Crystal Look is based at D 9 on the Ring Road in Rajouri Garden. It's a busy street, lots of cars and buses going by all the time, which makes it feel alive. We've been here for a good while now, through all sorts of weather. The shop isn't massive, but we make use of every inch of space we have. We try to keep things tidy, but with people coming in and out all day, it gets a bit cluttered with boxes and stuff. We don't have a marketing team or a social media person. It’s just us doing the work. We open up early in the morning, sweep the floor, and get everything ready for the day. Most of our customers are locals who live nearby and have been coming to us for years. We know a lot of them by name and know what they like. We don't use a lot of fancy technology here. A lot of our notes and orders are still written by hand in big ledgers. It just feels more natural and easier that way for us. We aren't trying to be some big corporate chain. We like being a small part of Rajouri Garden. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to shout a bit, but you get used to it after a week. We just focus on the task right in front of us. If you drop by, you might find us having a quick snack or chatting with a regular about the weather. We do our work and go home.
