Crwc is located right by the Cement Siding in Shakurbasti, Delhi. If you’ve ever been near the railway sidings, you know it’s a place where things are always moving. It’s dusty, noisy, and very busy, but that’s where the work happens. We handle things here that have to do with the siding and the materials coming through. It isn't a place for suits and ties; it’s more of a boots and practical clothes kind of environment. The Delhi weather doesn't make it easy, with the heat in the summer and the cold in the winter, but we are used to it. We spend our days coordinating arrivals and departures and making sure everything is where it needs to be on the tracks. It’s a very specific kind of job being at Shakurbasti. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a uniform. It’s just a functional space where we keep our records and manage the daily flow of goods. People who work around here know us as the ones who are always on-site. We’ve been part of this industrial landscape for a good while now. Every day brings a new set of challenges with the trains and the cargo, but we just take it one step at a time. It’s honest work in a tough part of town, and we are fine with that. We just focus on the siding work and getting through the day.
