Cri Pumps

We’ve been at the Angel Mall area in Kaushambi for a bit now. People around Ghaziabad know us for the pumps. It’s mostly about getting water from one place to another without a fuss. We sit on the third floor of the C 2 building. It's not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking, but we are there. Most days are spent talking to farmers or guys fixing up houses who need a motor that won't give up in a month. We keep a stock of different models. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we just walk. It’s a busy part of town. The traffic near the mall can be a headache in the evenings. We don't do much fancy talking here. If someone comes in with a broken pump or needs a new one for a well, we just show them what’s available. It’s noisy sometimes with the testing, but that's how it goes. We try to keep things moving. A lot of our day is just checking boxes and making sure the right parts go to the right people. It’s simple work, really. Nothing too complicated about it. We just open up in the morning and stay until the work is done. It’s what we do. The walls are a bit plain, and we have calendars from three years ago still hanging up. We don't mind. The customers don't either as long as their water is flowing. It is just a regular life in a regular shop.
