Creative Interior

This is our little workspace over in Dwarka Sector 12, specifically at S 10. We call it Creative Interior, though most of the people around here just know us as the guys working in the S 10 unit. It isn't a huge, fancy showroom like you might see in the malls. It is mostly just a place filled with different samples of wood, some fabric swatches hanging on the walls, and a constant layer of sawdust on everything. We actually spend the majority of our time out at different sites around the city, but this office is where all the actual planning and drawing happens. Sector 12 is a nice part of Delhi to work in, and it is usually a lot easier to find a place to park our scooters than it is in some of the other sectors nearby. We started doing this work because we genuinely liked working with our hands and seeing how things come together. Every single house we walk into is completely different from the last one. Sometimes we are just fixing a small kitchen cabinet that won't close right, and other times we are trying to figure out a whole living room setup for a new family. It is just a lot of hard work and measuring things two or three times just to make sure we don't end up wasting material. We have a couple of old, slightly uncomfortable chairs in the corner for when clients come by. It’s just how an interior workshop looks.
