Counselor

We are located in East Delhi, specifically in the Delhi 51 area. If you know this part of the city, you know how packed and energetic it can get. Counselor isn't some massive agency; it’s just a small office tucked away here where we handle our daily work. The streets around us are always full of life, with rickshaws and people heading to work at all hours. Our space is pretty basic. We have some desks, chairs, and the usual office supplies scattered around. It’s not perfectly organized, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our time talking to people who come in with various concerns. Being in East Delhi means we see a huge variety of folks every day. Some are just starting out in their careers, others are dealing with family stuff. We don't have a scripted way of talking to people. We just listen and say what we think. It’s a very straightforward way of working. There’s no lobby with a receptionist or fancy coffee machines. Usually, we just offer a glass of water and get down to business. It’s a bit noisy outside sometimes because of the traffic, but we’ve learned to work through it over the years. This is our home base, and we’re quite comfortable with the slightly chaotic but honest vibe of the neighborhood. It’s just us doing what we can to help out anyone who stops by.
