We are located at Flat 322 in the Veer Awas Kargil Society. It's in Sector 18 A, Dwarka. Being in a residential society makes the work day feel a bit different. It’s quiet most of the time, except for when the kids are coming home from school. We’ve set up our workspace inside the flat. It’s a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The balcony gives us a place to step out for a minute and get some air. Dwarka is a big place, but this little spot feels like ours. We don’t have a big lobby or a receptionist, you just come to the door and knock. Most of us have been working together for a long time. We know who likes their coffee black and who takes three sugars. The furniture is just basic stuff we picked up when we started. There’s a stack of files in the corner that we keep meaning to organize, but more work always comes in. It’s a busy life here. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. It’s functional and it’s where we get things done. The society is nice and the security guards know us by name now. It’s just a regular flat where we do our daily business. Nothing more, nothing less. We just focus on the task at hand.
