Convergys

Our place is located in Naraina, over by the Delhi Cantt area. It’s a part of the city that always feels like it’s moving. Being in Delhi Cantt means there's a certain way things are done around here. We’ve been operating Convergys from this spot for a while. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't familiar with the Naraina layout, but we managed to make it work. The office itself is pretty basic. We have what we need to get through the day. There is no big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the work that comes our way. The sounds of the city are always in the background, which you get used to after a week or so. We usually grab tea from the stall around the corner. It is a very local experience. Some days are busier than others, especially when the traffic near the Cantt gets backed up. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. It’s a functional space for us. We've got our routine down and everyone knows their part. It's just a regular job in a regular part of Delhi. We appreciate the honesty of the neighborhood. There’s no pretense here. We are just a local business trying to keep things running smoothly day after day.
