You can find Convergys at Flat 165, Pocket 2, Sector 23 in Rohini, New Delhi. This is a residential area, so our office is inside a flat rather than a big commercial tower. Rohini is a massive part of Delhi and Sector 23 is a place where a lot of people live and work. Being in a flat means it is a bit more compact and homey than a typical office. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and we handle our service work from there. The neighborhood is full of other flats and small parks. In the summer, the Delhi heat is intense, so we stay indoors with the air conditioning on as much as possible. We do our daily tasks, answer the phones, and manage our workload without much fuss. There isn't a lobby or a sign outside, so people usually have to know the flat number to find us. It is a very quiet way to run a business. We like the fact that it is in a residential pocket because it feels less stressful than the main business hubs of the city. We have a small team here and we all know each other well.
