Continental Mercantile Corporationdelhi is a bit of a smaller operation. We don’t really have a big storefront or a massive office block to show off. Most of what we do is handled through our contact point, which is usually just the email Ashokadass at hotmail. We are based out of Delhi, though the name might sound a bit more formal than we actually are. It’s mostly just a few people trying to manage trade and mercantile stuff without too much overhead. We spend a lot of time on the computer or the phone, checking on orders and making sure things are moving between buyers and sellers. It can be a bit lonely working this way sometimes, but it’s efficient. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or a sign outside. It’s more of a home-grown business where we value being able to get things done quickly over having a big, expensive address. Delhi is a huge city, and trying to keep a physical shop can be a real headache with the rent and the traffic. So, we keep it lean. We respond to messages when we can and try to keep our clients happy by just being straight with them. It’s not a glamorous life, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and handle the mercantile side of things as they come in, one day at a time.
