We are Construction Company Samiah International Builders Pvt Ltd. Our office is located at C86, Molarband Extn, Badarpur, New Delhi 110 044. It is a busy part of Delhi, as you can imagine. The noise from the traffic is constant, but you get used to it after a few days. We have been at C86 for some time now. The building is just a normal office space. We have desks, some chairs that aren't very comfortable, and plenty of filing cabinets. We spend a lot of time here looking over plans and talking to people on the phone. It isn't a glamorous job, but it is what we do. Badarpur is a place where people are always on the move. We fit right in. We don't use big words or try to act like we are something we are not. We are just builders working out of Molarband Extension. The morning commute can be a bit of a headache, but once we are in the office, things settle down into a rhythm. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the paperwork. There is always a lot of it. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall. We just have a calendar and a clock. That's all we really need to get through the day. We are just regular people making sure the work is finished.
