We go by the name Confidential. Since we don't have a traditional storefront you can walk into, we mostly handle everything through our emails, mansoor464 at hotmail and gmail. It’s a bit different than having a shop on a corner, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time checking our messages and getting back to people. It’s just a couple of us handling the replies. We don't have a fancy office with a receptionist. It’s more like sitting at a kitchen table with a laptop. We try to be helpful whenever someone reaches out. We don't use any automated systems or bots. If you write to us, you’re talking to a real person. We might not reply in two seconds, but we do get to it. It’s a very simple way to run things. We don't have to worry about rent or electricity for a big building. That keeps things quiet and easy. We’ve been using these email addresses for a long time now. They are our main way of staying connected with anyone who needs us. We aren't trying to build some massive empire. We just like doing our own thing at our own pace.
