Concepts

Concepts is located at Mayfair Garden Market 4. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you’re in the market area, right near the other shops. We’ve been here for a while, and the place is just a basic space where we handle our business. We don't have a huge sign or anything flashy to draw attention. Most people just know we’re here in Market 4. Our daily routine involves opening up, checking what needs to be done, and getting through the list of tasks. It’s a small operation. We don't have layers of management or anything like that. If you come in, you’re talking to the people who actually do the work. The market can be quite lively, especially in the evenings, which is nice for when we close up. We like the local feel of being in Mayfair Garden. It’s not like being in a cold, sterile office building downtown. We know the other shop owners around here and we help each other out when someone needs a hand. Our workspace is functional and a little bit lived-in, with stuff piled on the desks. We don't spend money on fancy marketing because we’d rather just do the job right and let our work speak for itself. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things. We show up, we work, and we go home. That’s pretty much the story of Concepts. We’re just a local business trying to do our part in the market every day.
