Computer Operator Cum Office Coordinator

I’m currently working out of House Number 40 in Block B, which is located over in Lal Bagh. This is Mr. Saife's place, and I've been here for a while now. My role is basically a mix of sitting at the computer and making sure all the different office things stay coordinated and moving. It has a bit of a home-office feel since we are situated right in a residential block. I handle the incoming emails, the various documents, and I try to keep track of who is supposed to be doing what. It’s not a huge operation by any means, but there is always something that needs fixing or a phone call that needs to be made. I spend a lot of my time on the PC, but I also have to stand up and organize the physical files in the cabinets. Lal Bagh is a decent area to work in because it's mostly quiet during the daytime, which really helps me concentrate on the data tasks. Sometimes the printer acts up or the internet connection goes down for an hour, and I have to figure it out on the fly. I’m not really a manager or anything like that, just the person who keeps things moving along so Mr. Saife doesn’t have to worry about all the small details. It’s a lot of little tasks that eventually add up. I started here a while back and just got used to the daily routine of this place.
