If you go behind St Mark School in Paschim Vihar, you’ll find us at Gh 5 7, House No 349. It’s a bit of a hidden spot, but that’s how we like it. Colt Technology Services has been operating from this house for a while, and it feels much more comfortable than a standard office building. We have the usual setup—desks, computers, and a small kitchen area—but it feels like a home. The neighborhood is mostly families, so you hear kids playing outside or people going about their daily lives. It keeps us grounded. We aren't the type of people to sit in long, boring meetings. Instead, we just shout questions across the hallway or meet in the main room to figure things out. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. We don't have a corporate hierarchy here, so everyone just chips in where they are needed. Sometimes the internet acts up or the doorbell rings with a delivery, and it’s just part of the day. We don't have any grand statements to make about what we do. We just show up at House No 349 every morning and get to work on the projects we have. It’s simple, honest work, and being in this part of New Delhi makes it feel like we are part of a real community rather than just a nameless business.
