We are based in Amritsar, specifically at 505 Basant Nagar. Our office for Colliers International is located right on the Majitha Road Lane in Punjab, India. Amritsar is a great city to be in, though the traffic on Majitha Road can be a real test of patience during the rush hours. The lane where we are is a bit more residential, so it feels a bit more relaxed than the main commercial strips. We have been at this 505 Basant Nagar spot for a while, and it has become quite familiar to everyone on the team. It is a straightforward setup—no fancy elevators or glass walls, just a regular building where we handle our business. Most people find us by looking for the lane off the main Majitha Road. Punjab has that specific energy, you know, and you can feel it even in our little corner of Basant Nagar. We usually have the windows open when the weather allows it, though the dust from the road can be a bit much sometimes. It is just a normal place where real people work every day. We don't really go for all that corporate polish because it doesn't really fit the vibe of our neighborhood. If you are ever in this part of Amritsar, you will see that it is a busy, hardworking area, and we are just one part of that. We like it here and it suits what we do just fine. The neighbors usually see us coming and going, and it feels quite settled.
