We are located in Munirka, which is one of those parts of New Delhi that never really seems to sleep. There are always students, workers, and people just passing through the narrow lanes. Our office is right in the middle of all that energy. It’s not a very large space, and it can feel a bit cramped when we have a lot of visitors, but it works for what we need. We spend our days at the desks, mostly typing away or talking on the phone. The sounds of the city come in through the windows—the horns, the vendors, and the general hum of Delhi life. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t spend money on fancy furniture or big signs. Instead, we have what we need to get the daily tasks done. Most of us have worked in Delhi for a long time, so we are used to the pace and the occasional power cuts. We usually go out to the local markets for a quick bite during the afternoon. The food around here is actually quite good if you know which stalls to go to. We don’t try to act like a big, cold company. We’re just people trying to do our jobs well in a very busy part of the capital. It’s messy and loud sometimes, but it’s also very honest. We just focus on the paperwork and the people who need our help. There are always stacks of files everywhere, but we know where everything is.
